OSRAM Dulux compact fluorescent lamps with pin bases now with improved performance figures

With its newly restructured and expanded OSRAM Dulux compact fluorescent range with pin bases, OSRAM offers the right products for numerous professional applications. The lamps’ performance figures have been considerably improved in virtually every product category.

OSRAM Dulux compact fluorescent lamps with pin bases are now structured according to their major product attributes instead of their lamp geometry as previously. Users in the professional sector will find the right lamp for any application in three categories:

Top Performers
Top Performer OSRAM Dulux lamps have been developed for applications, in which a good lamp is not good enough, but where more is demanded from lighting. Among them are OSRAM Dulux XT (long lifetime) lamps for difficult to access fixtures or where the lamps are burning many hours a day as well as HE (high efficiency) as an economical alternative for numerous areas such as hotels and catering, industry or public institutions.

Dulux De Luxe lamps for superior colour reproduction are suitable for applications where excellent colour reproduction is important, such as in shops or printing shops. Dulux L SP and Constant perform well in the cold and Constant also at high temperatures, e.g. in cold storage rooms or in fixtures at high temperatures.

The Advanced
The new Advanced category comprises efficient lamps with a long mean lifetime up to 20.000 hours, which satisfy sophisticated demands for light quality. It includes Dulux S/E, D/E, T/E PLUS and L for both high efficiency and light comfort as well as Dulux D ES for an easy straight replacement and instant energy cost savings.

The Practical
For applications where the simplest solution is often the best and there are no special requirements, the technical standard is usually sufficient. OSRAM Dulux S, D, T PLUS (for operation with CCG), F and CFL Square (for operation with both CCG and ECG) are the lamps of choice in areas like this. Typical applications include stairwells, offices, halls and foyers.

With the optimised packs OSRAM is also protecting the environment – the card and paper used are recyclable and only solvent-free inks and dispersion varnishes are used for printing. In addition, because it clearly displays attributes such as output, lumens and the appropriate control gear at a glance, the new design makes it easier to choose lamps.
