Dynamic lighting management with RGB solutions from OSRAM
Simple, flexible, functional: lighting control with EASY Color Control
Whether lobby, conference room or hotel corridor – EASY Color Control from OSRAM is the simple way to creative RGB lighting concepts.
The dynamic RGB lighting control system makes it easy to implement lighting ideas quickly, conveniently and flexibly. In a straighforward process, the lighting can thus
be adapted to individual requirements, making the new contol system from OSRAM suitable for both dynamic and static lighting scenes.
The EASY Color Control System from OSRAM combines simple installation, uncomplicated handling and self-explanatory configuration software with state-of-the-art
technology. Lamps and ECG unite in a single system. The result are highly functional, dynamic RGB LED control applications or coloured fluorescent and low-voltage halogen
lamps. Up to 64 individually addressable channels ensure customised RGB lighting solutions.
The innovative control system from OSRAM makes it possible, for example, to produce dynamic daylight simulations in rooms without windows, using white fluorescent lamps
with different colour temperatures. Lighting scene control for conference or training rooms is but one of many more possible options. In combination with motion sensors, EASY
Color Control can also be used for motion-triggered lighting control in hotel corridors.
Self-explanatory configuration software
Lighting solutions with EASY Color Control are a cost-effective and attractive alternative to standard DMX512 control systems that often involve a more complicated and complex installation procedure and operation. The heart of EASY Color Control is its selfexplanatory
configuration software for the quick and easy setup of RGB colour progressions. Other features in the system include control units for LED, fluorescent or
low-voltage halogen lamps. The components in the modular system can be connected using standard connector systems.
Information on lighting management using EASY Color Control is available at www.osram.de/evg-lms. Here, the configuration software can also be downloaded free of
charge. The system is already available and will be presented at the light + building in Frankfurt am Main from 6 – 11 April 2008.
